Exchangeable gullet plate made of hardened steel. If the Wintec saddle no longer fits, e.g. due to muscle build-up or weight gain, the gullet plate can be exchanged. The gullet plates are available in six different widths. In the standard version, Wintec saddles come equipped with a black gullet plate.
