Supplement for horses to promote natural joint function. Can be fed both as a preventive measure in the case of heavy strain and as a supportive measure in regeneration phases or as a cure in the case of chronic diseases. Brewer’s yeast contains a high level of high-quality essential amino acids and B vitamins, which are very important for healthy metabolic function and can thus have a positive influence on skin, coat and horn quality. It works particularly well in combination with silicic acid, which can also strengthen connective tissue cells, skin, coat and cartilage due to its high silicon content. The green-lipped mussel powder has a high content of glycosaminoglycans, which can promote the production of synovial fluid, as they are among the most important components of the connective tissue in the entire musculoskeletal system. Normally, the horse produces sufficient synovia in the joint space on its own. However, with increasing age, wear and tear or damage to the cartilage or connective tissue, this can no longer be guaranteed. Adding the substance to the feed can support the joint metabolism and prevent subsequent damage. The omega-3 fatty acids contained in the green-lipped mussel can also contribute positively to the stability of the connective tissue and to cartilage formation. Ginger and willow bark can support the horse’s natural self-healing process. They are said to have an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Feeding recommendation: Horses 20 – 30g daily.
Foals 10 – 15g daily.

Due to the increased amount of manganese and zinc, feed only up to a maximum of 7.5% of the daily ration. Take into account nutrient intake from other sources.
